Rossville Quilts is a family owned store. I'm Marcia Crail, the owner along with my husband David. David said too many times, "You have enough fabric to open a quilt shop." Now he works full time with me and is our BERNINA and Koala go-to person!
- Our daughter, Kyla, is our manager. Her main duties include website maintenance, Pro-Sumer education and long arm quilting our shop samples as well as day to day management and purchasing.
- Son Casey developed our Mill House Retreat Center website and assists with technical issues.
- Younger daughter Mary is our marketing specialist and assists long distance from her job in Michigan with events and marketing advice.
- Customer service is important to us! Rounding out our Rossville Quilts family are Charlotte and Sally, Customer Service Specialists, as well as Vicki, our Permanent Part Time Cover Person!
Our business model from day one has been to offer our customers top of the line quilting fabrics and supplies at a very reasonable, competitive price. We do everything we can to hold our costs down so we can pass the savings on to you every time you come in. Therefore, we do not give guild discounts, birthday discounts, senior citizen discounts or other group discounts. We don't have birthday clubs or punch cards or reward cards. We don't give free snips for color samples. We have a minimum shipping charge for small orders. All of these measures allow us to offer many of our goods to you at approximately 10% below suggested retail price EVERY TIME you shop!
We have internet customers and brick and mortar customers. Each customer, whether in the store or online is important to us and we will do everything we can to ensure a great experience. We do run our online store as a separate entity from our brick and mortar shop. Some online prices may be lower than those in the shop. Some prices in the shop may be lower than those online. Often you will find items on the website that you don't see in the store. That is due to space restrictions; some goods are moved into the back to make room to display new items. If you saw something online that you don't see in the store, ask us. We can bring it out for you. Online prices are NOT available in the store, and store prices are NOT available online.
