 Rossville Quilts prides itself on quick shipping and great customer service. We normally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, and we often ship same day if received early in the day. We normally ship USPS flat rate. There are no returns allowed on books or patterns, due to copyright restrictions. Fabric returns are allowed only when there is a manufacturing defect or mis-pick, and must be pre-authorized by Rossville Quilts. NOTE THAT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT ALWAYS CALCULATE YOUR SHIPPING CORRECTLY. We will determine your shipping cost and use that when we charge your card. Please contact us if you have any questions! NOTE: We do have a minimum shipping charge of $4.00 domestic, $6.00 international. REFUND POLICY - There is NO insurance available on international flat rate envelopes or first class mail. Only flat rate boxes are insurable through USPS!! Please understand that we cannot be responsible for packages lost by either our postal service or yours. While this happens very rarely, it does happen, and we do not replace or refund uninsured lost packages. If you purchase enough fabric to necessitate a flat rate box, we will pay for the insurance on it. If you wish to make sure your smaller parcel is insured before we send it, please request this on the order form. We will research insurance cost and confirm with you before we charge you. In the event an insured package is lost, we will either refund the cost of the fabric less shipping or we will re-send the package if all items are still available. You will be responsible for the shipping charge. The submission of your order constitutes acceptance of this policy! We happily ship to all our customers - both domestic and international.
