Happy Summertime!

I'm back from Kansas City, and WOW!!! Bernina really got all of us dealers excited! Not only was there ONE new incredible machine, but TWO machines, a custom built HORN cabinet, AND a new specially made Grace quilting frame!!

We are waiting for all our flyers from Bernina and then we will be kicking off the new 8 series with a tribute (and SALE) on 8/8/08... from 8 AM to 8 PM we will be open and have specials all day, as well as a DIFFERENT special every hour! Also, on 8/8/08 only, save 8% on a new Bernina 8 Series machine, table and/or quilting frame with a deposit of $1000.00 or more. The 830, which is the machine that does embroidery, will be arriving sometime in November, and the 820 will be coming in early 2009. The features of each one are too numerous to list, but I will say that when either one is sitting next to our beloved 730, the 730 looks like a toy!!! You will have 12 FULL INCHES of space from needle to base of machine on both 8 series machines!!!! And FAST!!! Your embroidery projects will be done in a fraction of the time that they are now, and the Bernina Stitch Regulator will be zipping along as well. EMBROIDERY RESULTS 08 COMING IN AUGUST!!!

Check the class calendar this week for our Embroidery Results Seminar coming from OESD. We are so excited to be able to work this in! We will have a super teacher coming in from Oklahoma Embroidery Supply and Designs to teach us all the tips and tricks we want to know about embroidery. If you don't embroider yet, but want to learn, come for the class as well. Even you expert embroiderers will get some great ideas from this class. I'll have it on our class calendar as soon as I get all the times finalized. We will have two classes - one in the evening and one in the daytime. This is a very exciting time for Rossville Quitls and Bernina!!
